1. What if I am not satisfied with my Charmings Charm? Charmings offers a 100% money-back guarantee for 45 days. If you are not satisfied with your Charmings Charm in any way, you may request a refund by email within 45 days of receiving your Charmings. 2. What picture file formats do we accept? We accept JPG/JPEG, GIF, and PNG file formats. All files need to be smaller than 5 megabytes. 3. Do you save my image in your files? Yes, we save all images so that, if you choose, you can re-order in the future. However, all pictures are securely stored in connection with our privacy policy. 4. Can I get another color option for the image to print out as, other than Sepia? Not at this time. 5. Should I edit my image prior to loading it on the Charmings Charms website? You will find a great edit tool at CharmingsCharms.com. Your image will be converted to sepia, you have the opportunity to rotate, zoom, move the image around, as well as control the brightness and contrast. If there is more editing that you would like to do, by all means, edit prior to uploading your image.
6. What if I don’t have a digital image, but I still want to get a Charmings Charm? If you do not have a digital image and you are unable to scan it in and create one, not to worry, we have you covered. All you need to do is mail us your image, we will scan it, email you a copy for you to keep, adjust image to put on a glass pendant, email it for your approval, and finally return the original image to you with your new Charmings Charm. We do all of these great services for only an additional $8. The best part is that you will still receive your piece back to you in 3-5 business days after we receive your approval of the image. *Charmings does not take responsibility for damaged or lost photos in transit. 7. How big are the fused glass charms? The necklaces and key chains come with a 1” square charm and the bracelets have ?” square charms. 8. Can I get different size charms? No. We produce many Charmings Charms and we do everything we can to produce an extremely high quality product for a very reasonable price. One of the ways we are able to do this is by standardizing our charm sizes for the necklaces and key chains, as well as, one size for the bracelets. 9. Can I get another color charm? We try to offer a large enough selection of colors that everyone will be able to find what they want. We always encourage you to tell us if there is anything we can do to improve your experience with us. This includes recommending colors that you would like to see available. 10. Why does Charmings Charms not offer discounts? We have a price point that allows everyone to have a high quality product at a great price. We give everyone the “friends and family” discount. Charmings has a lot of programs available for money to be given back to organizations and charities. As opposed to give a discount to the purchaser, we prefer to give that “discount” back to the community.
11. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 1.95 within the United States. We ship internationally, but prices vary. 12. How long does it take to get my jewelry? Generally, delivery takes 3-5 business days. You will get email confirmation when your order ships, so you know when to expect it. 13. Will the image on the glass come off after time? The image is actually fused into the glass. The image cannot be removed from the glass. It can withstand scratches, water, etc. 14. What happens if I am not satisfied with the image in the glass when I receive it? Charmings Charms has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please email or call us and we will do what it takes to make you satisfied. 15. Can I order if I live outside the United States? We have free shipping within the United States. If you would like to order from outside the US, we will have to charge you an additional shipping charge. Our website will calculate what the additional shipping charges will be.
